Situated in leafy Griffith Avenue, Griffith Woods offers residents ideally located and well built apartments with high insulation specification including the Schöck Isokorb® balcony thermal break connectors. The utmost care has also been given to the outside spaces in this development including efficient drainage of the podium slabs using ABG Deckdrain membranes. Another enhancement of the outdoor amenties include beautiful green roofs that were achieved and continue to be nourished using the Zinco Green Roof system.
